The pipeline high-shear dispersing emulsifier is a process of efficiently, quickly and uniformly injecting one phase or multiple phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid).
The pipeline high-shear dispersing emulsifier is a process of efficiently, quickly and uniformly injecting one phase or multiple phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, the phases are incompatible with each other. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the strong kinetic energy brought by the high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effect of the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and impact in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The combined effect of tearing and turbulence forms suspension (solid/liquid), emulsion (liquid/liquid) and foam (gas/liquid). In this way, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase are dispersed and emulsified instantly, uniformly and finely under the combined action of the corresponding mature technology and appropriate amount of additives. After high-frequency cyclic reciprocation, stable and high-quality products are finally obtained.
The pipeline type three-stage high-shear dispersing emulsifier is mainly used to process a large number of emulsions and generate Superfine suspoemulsion. Since three working heads (rotor and stator) are used for processing at the same time, a very narrow particle size distribution can be obtained, and smaller droplets and particles can be obtained, so the stability of the resulting mixture is better. The dispersing head is easy to replace and suitable for a variety of different applications. Different machines have the same speed and shear rate, which is convenient for scale expansion. It meets the clean standards of CIP and SIP, so it is especially suitable for food and medicine production.

The HSGR2000 series inline high-shear dispersing emulsifier has very high shear speed and shear force, and the particle size is about 0.2-2 microns to ensure the stability of high-speed dispersion and emulsification. The equipment can be applied to various dispersion and emulsification processes, and can also be used to produce homogeneous mixing of emulsions, suspensions and colloids. The high shear dispersing emulsifier's shear force generated by the stator/rotor system increases the solute transfer speed, thereby accelerating the decomposition of single molecules and macromolecular media.
